1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

2. TERMS OF SALE

2.1 Validity and Applicability

The client explicitly waives its own general terms and conditions, even if they were established after these terms. Any deviation must be expressly agreed to in writing by Dixel Media.

2.2 Payment Terms

All invoices issued by Dixel Media must be paid within twenty-one (21) business days, unless another payment term is indicated on the invoice or purchase order. In case of late payment, Dixel Media reserves the right to charge a fixed interest rate of 10% on the remaining amount due and may suspend any ongoing service without prior notice.

2.3 Debt Collection

If payment is overdue by more than sixty (60) days, Dixel Media reserves the right to involve a debt collection agency. All legal fees will be borne by the client.

2.4 Withholding Taxes

Some countries impose withholding taxes on invoice amounts according to their internal regulations. These taxes must be paid by the client to their local tax authority. Under no circumstances will Dixel Media assume responsibility for such costs. The total amount invoiced will remain due in full to Dixel Media.

2.5 Service Commitment

Dixel Media commits to providing professional and timely services. However, the obligations are best-effort commitments and not obligations to achieve specific results. Dixel Media will never be held liable as a third party in any legal claim filed by an end-user against the client.

2.6 Claims

To be valid, any claim must be sent to Dixel Media via certified mail to its registered office within eight (8) calendar days of service delivery.

3.1 Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, design, structure, and source code, is the property of Dixel Media and is protected by copyright laws.

3.2 Permitted Use
